TERM & CONDITIONS
- Customer satisfaction is our goal in StepCol. We gladly accept items for exchange up to 7 days after the shipment has been received. You will receive an email notification once the return process has been completed.
- Only merchandise that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in perfect condition with the original tags still attached can be returned.
- Please e-mail us at email@example.com or to inform us of your intent to exchange before you ship the product back.
- Keep all original tags attached and send the original invoice when shipping.
- We will not accept your exchange without proof of purchase (original invoice).
- Footwear returns must be in the original condition with all original packaging intact.
- If the product is damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package in order to get an exchange.
- Please note that if the package is not postmarked by the 7 day deadline then it will be returned to the customer with no refund.
- Please take caution with your packages as we can’t be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
- Only merchandise purchased directly from our online store (www.stepcol.com) will be eligible for return.
- Shipping fees will not be credited upon receipt of returned items.
- We will process your exchanges within 24 hours after the return item has been received.
- In StepCol we will make every effort to please our customers with excellent customer service, but by purchasing our merchandise you agree to our terms.
- Use your PayPal account to shop and pay online quickly and securely. Check out faster; no need to enter your payment details or billing and shipping info. Other acceptable payment methods:

- As soon as we have received payment, we will confirm the order and send the STEPCOL products immediately.
- 100% payment is required up front to order from our suppliers.
